Sandbox Tiger exploit: A headstart in Battlegrounds
Sandbox Tiger exploit: the introduction
Currently there is a working exploit where you can get a head-start in battlegrounds using Sandbox Tiger. This exploit
allows a person to go through battleground gates while they are still closed, and that may give you a very nice advantage to sprint towards the enemy team. From there – you can use your imagination what do you want to do! You can ninja-capture some points in Arathi Basin, you can claim mines in Alterac Valley, you can camp squishies and quickly kill them, especially if you can use stealth, i.e. you are a rogue or a druid. There are hundreds of things you may do with such a great headstart!
However, there are two main problems with this:
1. It is very likely that you may be banned if you use this exploit.
2. It costs money to get Sandbox Tiger, as this is a Trading Card Game (TCG) item, obtained by the Sandbox Tiger card in the expansion “Blood of Gladiators”.
However, if you are not afraid of possible ban-hammer, and you have your Sandbox Tiger, you are good to go.
Sandbox Tiger: The guide
The guide here is fairly obvious:
1. Get to any of the Battlegrounds.
2. Go to the closed Battleground gates and hug the gates (stand as near as possible).
3. Summon and mount your Sandbox Tiger.
4. Dismount your Sandbox Tiger.
5. Profit! At this point you should be enjoying your freedom, on another side of the gates.
Sandbox tiger exploit: The conclusion
While this may be a bannable offense, you can try to get away from the ban-hammer if you act as if you “didn’t knew what you were doing”. A little bit of sad-face-crying to the GM should do the trick, and if you would be banned, there is a big chance a GM will unban you.
Use at your own risk this Sandbox Tiger exploit.
Whale shark solo – the guide
Whale Shark solo – the introduction
Whale Shark – most people have seen a gigantic whale shark while leveling up in Vashj’ir, which is circling around the Nespirah. Whale Shark does not drop any loot, but killing him will get you an achievement – From Hell’s Heart I Stab At Thee. This baby hits like a truck – for ~500k damage, and has ~10 million HP. But YES, Whale Shark solo is possible.
First of all, you need to have powerful ranged abilities, so a ranged class like Warlock, Mage, Hunter or balance Druid is a must. You should be reasonably geared as well, because otherwise the fight may took very long. So, Whale Shark moves incredibly slow, so the trick is just to kite him in appropriate range.
Whale Shark solo – the guide
1. Get a mod that shows your target range. If you have one, skip to step two, if you don’t, try RangeDisplay from Curse.
2. Next step is to find him. Go to Vashj’ir and circle around Nespirah. He moves very slowly, so you will easily outrun him with a fast mount. You can make a handy macro that will help you find him much easier:
/target Whale Shark
/script if GetRaidTargetIndex(“target”)==nil then SetRaidTargetIcon(“target”,8) end
This great macro will put a raid target icon upon the Whale Shark if you are near., so you can use a flying mount too!
3. Once you find him, get into position. This is very important for Whale Shark solo. Your goal is to keep him between 5 and 20 yards. Any closer than that and you are one-shotted, a little bit further – and he may evade and reset. When pulling, you must stand in front of him, face to face, or else he may still one-shot you.
4. Pull him and unleash the fury. DPS him as hard as you can while slowly moving backwards. Don’t use any pets, any taunting or stunning or any other ability that might affect your threat. Beware of zone changes, he may reset there, so the best way to do this is to circle around Nespirah. If you’ve got nice dps, you can solo him in a few minutes, if not, then the fight may take more than 30 minutes. Here is the circle you should find him at and where you should kite him:

Good luck with your Whale Shark solo, may the spirits protect you (and not the Whale Shark

The best places to farm light leather
Light leather – a precious material
Light leather may look like a cheap material, however, on some servers it may be sold for ~60 gold per stack. This is a great boost of gold for everyone, especially for new people and low level characters. I’ll show you two of the best spots in the game to farm these goods!
1# light leather farming spot: Wetlands
This is my recommended spot. It is great to farm light leather (and medium leather too) because there is a fight going on between Ebon Slavehunters and Dragonmaw Whelpstealers. They have quick respawn times, plus, if you find a correct spot, they’ll just run into you and you will barely need to run around! It is located in Eastern Kingdoms, Wetlands, at 68:47 here:
Main reasons why this spot for light leather farming is cool:
1. Plenty of mobs, who are running into you themselves.
2. No crap loot! They are quite high level, so you won’t get Ruined Leather Scraps from them at all, just precious hides like light leather and medium leather.
3. So, besides the nice 42% chance to skin 1-7 Light Leathers, you have ~50% chance to farm Medium Leather, 5% chance to get Medium Hide and 3% chance to get Light Hide. This is really great!
4. And while you cannot skin Dragonmaw Whelpstealers, they are still worth to kill because of their 45% chance to drop Wool Cloth – another low level but expensive material.
Here’s a video showinga guy who is farming light leather in this spot:
2# light leather farming spot: Redridge Mountains
This light leather farming spot is located in Eastern Kingdoms, Redridge Mountains. Coordinates are about 43:15, near the entrance to the Burning Steppes. Here’s the location on the map:
So, the cool things about this light leather farming spot are:
1. Great Goretuskus have an instant respawn rate. Yup, you don’t need to run around all map searching for these boys, in this spot they respawn instantly, so you will never run out of mobs to kill!
2. They have ~60% chance to drop from 1 to 7 light leathers, 5% to drop Light Hide and ~35% chance to drop Ruined Leather Scraps.
3. As the mobs here are level 15, this spot is great to low level characters.
Here’s a video preview:
Light leather farming: the conclusion
So these, imho, are the best light leather (and medium leather) farming spots in the game. You can make hundreds of leather in less than an hour. However, because these spots are really great there may be some competition, so be prepared to check these light leather farming spot spots at night.

Secret room in Orgrimmar: getting inside
Secret room in Orgrimmar: the introduction
Not many players know that there is a secret room in Orgrimmar, the Horde capital. There aren’t any wonders or spoilers, however for bored players it can be a nice place to explore and burn some time. Obviously, the area is unfinished (as almost all of WoW’s secret rooms which are inaccessible in conventional ways). It is said that the purpose of this secret room in Orgrimmar is a memorial to Michael Koiter (letters WKM on the wall of the secret crypt). He was a former Blizzard artist.
Secret room in Orgrimmar: a step-by-step tutorial
1. Make a following macro. It is used for an instant disconnect, so name it properly, i.e. “DC”.
/script PickupItem(12947)
/script PlaceAction(1)
2. Position yourself on the roof of a house shown in one of the videos.
3. Start casting your summon mount spell, and right before the casting bar is full press the “DC” macro button.
4. Ok, you should now be disconnected. Login back to the game. Look at your position. Your character should be half way into the wall. If it is, proceed to step 5, if it’s not, repeat step 3.
5. Now your job is to jump inside the wall. The trick here is patience. Just run forward, jump constantly and move your camera till you get there! You should fall through the wall in a short while.
6. Summon your flying mount and carefully follow the steps presented in the videos. If you won’t be careful, you’ll just hop in back to town and then you will have to repeat all steps from the beginning. Try to stay close to the walls.
7. Once you follow the route presented in the videos, fly slowly upwards to the square hole, which is leading to the secret crypt.
8. Here you are, the secret room in Orgrimmar!
9. If you decide to leave, just go back down to the square hole and fly away.
10. Enjoy WoW secret room.
